GOLDEN TRIANGLE TOUR: 5NIGHTS / 6DAYS (DELHI -AGRA - JAIPUR - DELHI)

DAY 01 ARRIVE DELHI

Upon arrival our representative will meet you at the Airport and assist you to then hotel for smooth check-in.

Overnight stay at Hotel in Delhi.

DAY 02: -DELHI

Breakfast at the Hotel.

Am procced for the sightseeing tour of Old Delhi would entail visiting the Raj Ghat – the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, Red Fort from Outside (Closed on Monday) Jama Masjid – the largest mosque in India.  Later proceed for sightseeings of NEW DELHI – An extensive sight-seeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Humayun’s Tomb, the Qutub Minar a drive along the ceremonial avenue – Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, and the President’s Residence and would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave.

DAY 03: DELHI – JAIPUR (Distance 280kms, 06 Hrs drive approx) 

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast check out and drive to Jaipur.

Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan is popularly known as the Pink City with broad avenues and spacious gardens. The capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur is steeped in history and culture. Here the past comes alive in magnificent forts and palaces, blushed pink, where once lived the maharajas. The bustling bazaars of Jaipur, famous for Rajasthani jewellery, fabric and shoes, possess a timeless quality and are surely a treasure-trove for the shoppers.

Arrive Jaipur check into the hotel.

DAY 04: JAIPUR

 

 

Breakfast at Hotel.

Am proceed for sightseeing visiting Amber Fort – 09 Kms from Jaipur. Enjoy elephant ride while climbing up to the Amber Fort ((If Elephant ride is not possible then we will use the other option – Jeep Ride). City Palace was the principle residence of the former ruling family and is known for its stunning architecture.

Also visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of the wind) a beautiful pink building with many small windows from where the royal ladies watched the annual procession of dynastyJantar Mantar – This is the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the country.

DAY 05: JAIPUR – AGRA, Enroute Visit Fatehpur Sikri. (Distance 220 KMS, 04 hrs drive approx)

Breakfast at the Hotel, checkout and proceed to Agra. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri 37 kms from Agra. The deserted city of sandstone built by the Emperor. The city is rectangular in shape with nine huge gates & inside there are palaces, meeting halls (public/ private audiences), huge courtyards.

Upon arrival at Agra check in to hotel.

Afternoon visit Agra Fort – the rusty and majestic red- sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna and the construction was started by Emperor Akbar in 1566. At the Diwan-I-Am (hall of public audience), a colonnaded hall of red-sandstone with a throne alcove of inlaid marble at the back, the Emperor heard public petitions.

Evening free to explore the Agra’s rich heritage of handicrafts in its markets see the carpets weaving.

DAY 06: AGRA – DELHI (Distance 220 kms, 04 hours drive approx)

Early morning visit the magnificent Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) – one of the seven wonders of the world surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men laboured for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan’s beloved wife.

After visit back to Hotel for Breakfast. Post breakfast leave for Delhi.

Upon arrival last minutes shopping. Evening departure transfer to Airport to board the fight to home destination.
