Day 1  ARRIVE SIGIRIYA 
Arrival in Sri Lanka at the Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be met and assisted by a representative and transferred to  Sigiriya. Afternoon climb the Sigiriya.Overnight Stay in Sigiriya
 
Day 2  SIGIRIYA /KANDY /PINNAWALA / KANDY CITY TOUR
 

After Breakfast proceeds to Kandy your first stop will be at the Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawela. A scenic two and a half hour drive from Colombo is the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, which looks after close to one hundred elephants that have either been orphaned or abandoned. The best time to see them is at feeding times – either at 9.15 am or at 1.15 pm – after which they are taken down to the river to bathe.  It is a lovely opportunity to get up close and personal with a pachyderm.  You could also enjoy a cold beer or a typically Sri Lankan lunch at the restaurant with a vantage view of the bathing elephants. On completions visit the Royal Botanical Garden - Visit to this garden will provide spectacles of extraordinary beauty and absorbing interest for any nature lover and casual visitor. 68 miles off-Colombo, 4 miles off Kandy this garden dates from 14th century reign of King Vikrama Bahu III. Peradeniya is well known for its large variety of plants ornaments, useful machine and other creepers that produce the special spices at Sri Lanka. On return a Sightseeing & Shopping Tour in Kandy, visiting Upper Lake, Gem Museum etc., Evening visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth - in Kandy is the most venerated place of worship for Buddhists throughout the world. Built in the 16th century this temple houses the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha brought to Sri Lanka from the Kalinga province in ancient India in the 4th century AD. Several buildings have been added to the temple complex by successive rulers, the latest being the Golden Canopy over the inner shrine where the Tooth Relic is placed. Originally the Temple was within the King's palace complex as it was the symbol of Royal Authority. On completion view a Display of Kandyan Dance and Fire Walking. overnight Stay in Kandy.

   
Day 3  KANDY /NUWARA ELIYA 
After Breakfast, proceed to Nuwara Eliya with a stop en-route at a Tea Factory. The ‘Little England’ of Sri Lanka, is set against beautiful backdrops of mountains, valleys, waterfalls and tea plantations. It is supposed to be one of the coldest places on the island, but is really just like an English spring day although the temperature does drop at night. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya
 
  Day 4  NUWARA ELIYA / BENTOTA
  After Breakfast proceed to Bentota. En route stop for a while to view the magnificent bridge that is world famous for the filming of “Bridge on the River Kwai ”. See the rapid waters gush along the Kelani river valley.Afternoon free for Optional water sports & Overnight stay in Bentota
 
                                                        Day 5  BENTOTA/ COLOMBO
 

After Breakfast proceed to COLOMBO OR MOUNT LAVINIA Afternoon transfer  to Colombo for sightseeing & shopping tour in Colombo, a drive through the city taking you to the busy commercial areas as well as the tree-lined residential, Cinnamon Gardens. Visit Fort, the former British administrative centre and military garrison, Sea Street - the Goldsmith’s quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area, a Hindu Temple with elaborate stone carvings and the Dutch Church of Wolfendhal dating back to 1749. Also visit the BMICH, see the replica of Avukana Buddha and Independence Square & visit the other most important Buddhist center, the visually attractive Gangaramaya Temple. Overnight stay in Mount Lavinia or Colombo

 
                                                        Day 6  COLOMBO / ONWARD DESTINATIONS
  After Breakfast transfer to Colombo Airport for departure.
