BACKWATER  TOURS

          
  
Day 1  Arrive Cochin / Munnar
Meet & assistance at the Airport. Later drive to Munnar. Transfer & check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 
 
Day 2  Munnar
  Breakfast at the  hotel. Later proceed guided sibghtseeing of the city visiting Kundala Dam, Echo point and Mattu petty Dam (boating facilities available here).Iravikulam National park . Overnight at the hotel.
   
Day 3  Munnar / Thekkady 
Breakfast at the  hotel. Later check out and drive to Thekkady. Transfer & check into the hotel. Later proceed guided sightseeing of the city visiting Plantation tour, Tea Factory visit and Boating in to the Periyar wild life sanctuary . Overnight at the hotel.
 
  Day 4  Thekkady / Kumarakom
  Breakfast at the  hotel. Later check out and drive to Kumarakom. Transfer & check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
 
                                                        Day 5  Kumarakom
  Breakfast at the  hotel. Later full day enjoy the Aruvikkuzhi Waterfalls, Kumarakom Bird Santuary,Vembanad Lake and no trip to Kumarakom is complete without a Kettuvallam (local boat) sunset or sunrise cruise.The ride offers a close look into the delightful local rural life. Skiff-fishermen launch their tiny boats,large flotillas of ducks waddle down to the water from coconut leaf thatched houses and palm-filled lagoons, you g et anenchanting view of wooded islands and the mainland both of which create poetically beautiful scenes.ride over houseboat to watch the local village day to day activities and natural beauties. Over night at the hotel.
 
                                                        Day 6  Kumarakom / Alleppey / Cochin
  

 

 Breakfast at the  hotel. Later drive to Alleppey. Later proceed boat ride in Alleppey. Later drive to Cochin. Transfer & check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 Cochin

Breakfast at the hotel. Later full day guided sightseeing of the city visiting Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue,St.Francis Church, Bolghatty, Gunda andWillingdon Islands, Chinese Fishing Nets and Santacruz Cathedral.Over night at the hotel.  

   
  Day 8 Cochin / Onward destinations
  After b/fast transfer to the airport for flight to onward destination.
